GCIL Payroll
GCIL Payroll is a payroll service specifically designed for disabled people, who are in receipt of direct payments, or Independent Living Fund (ILF funding), or a combination of these, and who employ their own workers (Personal Assistants). The service aims to take away the strain of employing PAs by calculating salaries, providing payslips, and giving any advice and support required. Additional services, such as making payments on employers' behalf are also available.
We have been providing help and support to employers for more than 10 years and currently process around 170 payrolls every 4 weeks. We deal with a whole range of pay and employment related issues on behalf of our clients. We understand the challenges disabled people face when employing a personal assistant and our payroll service has been specifically designed to meet the needs of our clients. We offer a flexible service, provide unlimited advice and guidance on a comprehensive range of pay and employment related issues and we can also arrange a home visit to discuss your specific payroll needs.
