About
As a disabled people led organisation, we are run by disabled people, working for and with disabled people. GCIL works to the principles of inclusive living.
We believe that impairment doesn't disable people - barriers created by society do.
We deliver quality services that empower:
Choice & Control
Supporting disabled people to develop more control and choices in their lives, and to participate in the life of the community.
Dignity & Equality
Championing the equal value of disabled people in society, and the right to live with dignity and self-respect.
Our payroll service
We offer our payroll services to anyone living in Scotland who employs their own PA.
