Payroll Solutions

GCIL’s payroll service, Payroll Solutions, supports disabled people who are in receipt of a direct payment to become employers.  The GCIL payroll service deals with a whole range of pay and employment related issues on behalf of our clients.  We understand the challenges disabled people face when employing a personal assistant and therefore we believe our payroll service is designed to meet the needs of our clients.  We offer a flexible service, provide unlimited advice and guidance on all pay and employment related issues and most importantly, we can arrange a home visit to discuss a client’s specific payroll needs.

We also offer a funding report which helps employers to allocate employee salaries between a direct payment and independent living fund.  This initiative has helped in the monitoring of funding packages.
