In addition to the basic payroll service, with our enhanced service GCIL can hold your funds in a dedicated bank account and arrange the necessary payments to employees and HMRC on your behalf.
Features
We can:
- open a bank account with the Co-operative Bank on your behalf
- hold your funds and provide regular statements of the transactions and balance on your account
- make payments to employees and HM Revenue and Customs on your behalf
- make payments to service providers such as care agencies on your behalf
If you do not wish to become an employer and opt instead to use a care agency, GCIL can still provide you with help and support via our Bill Paying/Money Management Package. As part of this service we will:
- receive funds on your behalf and then make payments to agencies/providers on your behalf
- provide a Monthly Audit Trail Report detailing all income and expenditure for the month and balances on funds
