GCIL Employment Link Services

The GCIL Employment Link Services is a unique new initiative for the Greater Glasgow area which specialises in meeting the recruitment and employment needs of both employers and disabled people across all employment sectors.

The core of our business is our holistic client centred approach in every aspect of our operation.
From the outset, our professional Employment Link Services Team will take great care in really getting to know the needs and requirements of each and every one of our employers and our job seeking candidates.

We aim to achieve nothing less than a perfect match with each and every placement opportunity.

  • Provide a sensitive trouble shooting service around the impact of disability in the workplace and practical advice on reasonable adjustments
  • Help you secure Access to Work funding for workplace adjustments and any specialist equipment you may need
  • Negotiate a reasonable, flexible fee structure
