Glasgow Centre for Inclusive Living Equality Academy
Recruitment for our graduate development opportunities has now closed.
GCIL’s graduate programmes offer disabled graduates a competitively paid job for 2 years. During this time, GCIL will provide support with reasonable adjustments, and place trainees in organisations throughout Scotland. The goal is to help disabled people overcome barriers to unlocking their workplace potential.
In the past 7 years, GCIL has supported 54 graduates with these work opportunities. Over 90% of our participants gain a positive outcome from the programme, either returning to studies or gaining suitable graduate level employment. Half of the participants on our programme go on to work in NHS Scotland or the wider public sector.
You can read more about the programme on our personal stories page.
If you are interested in our graduate programme, or other job opportunities, please email for more information to equalityacademy@gcil.org.uk
