Employability award training is delivered over 4 days and is SQA
accredited. There are 4 learning modules:
- Preparation for Employment
- Building own Employability Skills
- Responsibilities of Employment
- Dealing with Work Situations
The course, which covers all areas around job hunting, filling
in application forms, building a good CV and preparing for job
interviews, has been designed to support and prepare participants
for employment. The course is aimed at disabled people who are
currently pursuing mainstream employment and are ready to start
work. Unfortunately, funding restrictions mean that this programme
is only available to people who live within Glasgow City Council
area.
