Our Professional Careers Programme offers:
Disabled graduates:
- up to two years salaried graduate level employment;
- support to address individual access requirements;
- an individual training and personal development plan;
- in-work support throughout by designated staff;
- tailored employability training; and
- support into further employment.
Employers:
- a pool of talented, motivated disabled graduates to suit their needs that matches the skills, experience and knowledge of the ideal candidate;
- on-going support from our staff throughout every stage of the recruitment and placement of trainee;
- support in developing good practice policy initiatives that will have a long-term impact on the recruitment and retention of disabled people.

Vacancies
We work with organisations from all sectors to match their needs with an ideal candidate. A current partnership involves NHSScotland and the Scottish Government to provide disabled graduate traineeships in NHS Boards and Special Boards across Scotland.
